We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Accounting. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Singapore and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Financial Accounting & Tax (FA&T) and its growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage, maintain and administer client’s accounts with a variety of monthly/quarterly/yearly bookkeeping, monthly payroll, GST reporting and payment administration.
  2. Preparation of clients’ deliverables (i.e. monthly/quarterly/yearly management accounts, reporting packages, schedules and GST Returns, consolidation, budget and drafting of year-end SFRS financial statements).
  3. Assist clients with accounting, payroll and GST related issues.
  4. Support fund’s capital calls and distributions computation/notices.
  5. Prepare quarterly investor reporting.
  6. Prepare capital calls and distributions computation/notices for fund clients.
  7. Prepare reporting/distribution timeline for client approval.
  8. Any ad-hoc internal assignments.

Key Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Accountancy, Degree in Accounting or ISCA/ACCA/other equivalent professional qualifications.
  2. At least 2-4 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts, GST and payroll processing.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  4. A team player who has a can-do attitude with strong initiative & credibility, pays attention to details, thrives in a fast-growing organization and works to meet tight deadlines.
  5. Resilient and able to work independently to organize and prioritize work with minimum supervision.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication and analytical skills.
