Overview and Purpose of this position
The incumbent will be responsible to support the CEO in driving strategic planning for transformational initiatives: people transformation, health academy transformation, care model transformation, and innovation transformation. The roles include, strategic planning, facilitating discussions, setting goals and objectives, change management and ensuring successful implementation of these transformational initiatives across the organization.
Job Duties
- Logistics for the meetings are well coordinated and materials are disseminated accurately on a timely basis.
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and refine strategic plans for the four key transformations.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and innovative approaches in each transformation area, where necessary.
- Work with workgroup leads to establish and oversee cross-functional workgroups for each transformation area.
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations for workgroup members.
- Facilitate productive discussions and decision-making processes within workgroups.
- Ensure the development of comprehensive roadmaps and action plans for transformation initiatives.
- Work with workgroups and ensure the setting of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals and objectives for the transformation initiatives.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success.
- Ensure targets are reasonable, achievable, and aligned with overall organizational objectives.
- Coordinate and oversee the smooth implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to implementation.
- Regularly report on progress, challenges, and successes to reporting officer.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for transformation initiatives.
- Conduct focus group discussions and engagement sessions to gather feedback and insights from employees at all levels.
- Analyze feedback and develop action plans to address concerns and improve implementation.
- Track and ensure closure of open matters and action items identified during engagement sessions.
- Organize and lead campaigns to improve organizational culture and drive adoption of new initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Communicate transformation goals, progress, and impact to various audiences effectively.
- Collaborate with internal communications teams to develop and disseminate transformation-related messages.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in organizational transformation.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the transformation initiatives.
- Schedule meetings, collate meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, and follow up on matters arising.
- Provide administrative support for the committee.
- Perform other assigned tasks by reporting officer.
Requirements
- Degree from a recognised institution; MBA/MHA will be advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience working in large organizations, particularly in secretariat and project coordination roles.
- Experience in the healthcare-related industry preferred.
- Project management experience.
