Summary:

Participate in development team in planning and coordinating with respective Stakeholders, working closely with consultants to ensure that the Hospital/entity’s operational requirements and efficiencies are in line with the Group’s overall strategic direction.

The incumbent shall lead in technical coordination meetings, stakeholder review sessions as well as project alignment processes to streamline and implement processes and protocols for the timely delivery of the hospital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy appropriate smart integrated solutions, including integration of systems and processes, Digital Twin technologies and AI for healthcare applications to digitalize NUHS infrastructures projects, from conceptual design to operation support.
  • Drive the establishment of data analytics, simulation, AI and Machine Learning applications by making sense of data from the appropriate smart integrated solutions (e.g., Digital twin technologies) and translate to decision-making processes and actionable measures for the optimisation and enhancement of workflows, processes, resources, and efficiency in healthcare setups.
  • Lead, plan, organise and coordinate with other disciplines, e.g., architectural, medical planners, interior design on the MEP requirements.
  • Lead, coordinate, manage and review users’ requirements for ensuring the MEP requirements are duly captured and resolved, obtaining approvals from users for design schemes including necessary sign-offs for milestone documents and reports, and ensuring that records of discussions are correctly and accurately captured.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Building Automation, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant degrees.
  • 5-8 years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years of proven experience in developing and implementing smart integrated solutions, digital twin technologies and AI applications for building operations and facility management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to articulate end-to-end built environment digitalization roadmap and source technologies/solutions to meet user vision and requirements. Proficiency in utilizing smart solutions/technologies to analyze data, simulate scenarios, and extract actionable insights to minimize uncertainty in design and operational processes, and maximize the performance outcome of building systems and operation.
  • Proven experience in implementing data and system integration projects and strong technical skills in data management, system integration, data analytics, and automation technologies.
  • Familiar with BCA's Integrated Digital Delivery processes, Building Information Modelling tools and its use cases implemented in actual projects. Familiarity with Geographic Information System is an advantage.
  • Good analytical, quantitative and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and a strong desire to learn.
