Senior/Assistant Manager (Healthcare/ Emergency Planning/ Ops) (ID:659397)

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders and contractors to ensure supports various emergency scenarios.
• Manage a centralized repository for emergency response plans.
• Plan and coordinate emergency responses for situations like emergencies, pandemics, and other crises.
• Develop and maintain business continuity and emergency response plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Explore new methods and technology to improve emergency preparedness.
• Lead training and awareness programs so all departments understand their emergency roles.
• Work closely with teams like command and control, surge capacity, bed management, and security to enhance preparedness.
• Act as the main contact for all emergency planning matters, including liaising with the Ministry of Health.
• Provide secretarial support for emergency planning meetings and track timelines and project updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 4-8 years of work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong ability to influence, inspire, and build consensus across all levels of the organization.
• Curious and eager to explore new ideas and innovative solutions.
• Able to work independently, as well as collaborate across teams.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
