Job description
Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders and contractors to ensure supports various emergency scenarios.
Manage a centralized repository for emergency response plans.
Plan and coordinate emergency responses for situations like emergencies, pandemics, and other crises.
Develop and maintain business continuity and emergency response plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Explore new methods and technology to improve emergency preparedness.
Lead training and awareness programs so all departments understand their emergency roles.
Work closely with teams like command and control, surge capacity, bed management, and security to enhance preparedness.
Act as the main contact for all emergency planning matters, including liaising with the Ministry of Health.
Provide secretarial support for emergency planning meetings and track timelines and project updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 4-8 years of work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong ability to influence, inspire, and build consensus across all levels of the organization.
Curious and eager to explore new ideas and innovative solutions.
Able to work independently, as well as collaborate across teams.
Highly organized, able to prioritize, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
