Senior / Assistant Manager – Ambulatory Operations

We're hiring a motivated Senior / Assistant Manager for Ambulatory Operations to oversee outpatient care coordination, clinic operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in a clinical ops environment with mentorship and training support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance day-to-day clinic operations
• Lead and train service teams on SOPs, system use, and patient handling
• Plan and monitor manpower scheduling and clinic performance indicators
• Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational gaps
• Drive service quality and implement digital workflow enhancements

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, or related field
• Clinical ops background is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
