Looking for a senior art director to manage a creative initiative from start to finish, guiding a cross-functional creative team in the conception, design and execution of visual materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces, including print, online, social media, and collateral materials
Manage and mentor a team of art directors, graphic designers, photographers and other creative staff
Ideate, art direct and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals
Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delegating duties as necessary
An eye for design, photography, illustration and motion graphics.
Collaborates with members of the marketing or media buying team to develop strategies for advertising campaigns
Creates presentations and project plans, meets with clients, and ensures successful online representation of clients’ brands
Knowledge of print, broadcast and digital communications is a must for an art director position. This person should know the ins and outs of the latest marketing and creative trends, identifying where the company or clients can implement new initiatives.
