Senior Art Director

Are you an original thinker with a passion for design and branding? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a drive to push creative boundaries? We’re looking for a Senior Art Director who not only understands the power of branding but also knows how to bring it to life. As a hands-on leader, you will craft stunning designs and lead a talented team of designers to create work that exceeds expectations.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead with Vision: Supervise and support designers, ensuring all projects align with our client’s vision and strategy.
• Creative Oversight: Conduct design reviews, oversee logo and design system production across digital and traditional channels, and ensure consistency in all branding elements.
• Design Mastery: Create original pieces including illustrations and infographics, translating concepts into visually compelling and high-quality designs.
• Strategic Guidance: Collaborate with Client Service and Copy teams to ensure work aligns with client objectives, budgets, and deadlines.
• Digital Expertise: Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless integration of design into web environments, maintaining a balance between aesthetics, usability, and accessibility.
• Presentation Excellence: Design and develop presentations that clearly communicate visual concepts to key stakeholders.

Skills & Expertise:

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and Sketch; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for typography, color, and UI/UX-based design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in web, print, video and social and make it look easy.
• Ability to build client rapport and lead a team with creativity and vision.
• 8 and more years of agency experience with a proven portfolio of successful creative projects that demonstrate originality, innovation and multidisciplinary thinking.
