Senior/Architectural Coordinator (A1 building main contractor) - YL

Our client is a prominent A1 main contractor with a strong portfolio of MRT and building projects, across mixed-use developments, residential and commercial sectors. They’re now looking for Senior/Architectural Coordinators to join them for their iconic projects during an exciting time in their development.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the architectural aspects of a project from design development to construction completion.
• Work with the project team to develop and maintain timelines for project completion.
• Conduct and participate in site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure that the project is built according to plans and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior architects and CAD technicians
• Identify and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies in construction drawings and work closely with the construction team
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and coordination. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Architectural Coordinator position.
