Senior/Analyst – Research & Data Analytics - Dorothy M.

Our client is building a Data Analytics and Research team. It's a great opportunity to provide actionable insights that inform organizational strategy and decision-making.

The Responsibilities:

1. Lead, conduct in-depth research and data analysis initiatives
2. Interact with business stakeholders to understand business data and analytics requirements and identify data-driven opportunities
3. Explore information from multiple diverse sources, analyzing data to gain actionable insights
4. Design and develop databases, spreadsheets, and analytical tools for data tracking and interpretation
5. Identify and uncover new insights, trends & patterns, and communicate and discuss with key stakeholders
6. Build sustainable processes and constructs models to support expanding data volumes, ensuring data quality & accessibility
7. Regularly review and validate for continual improvements and ensure business value is met

The Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business or related field/equivalent experience
2. Over 3 years’ experience in Research and Data Analysis
3. Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense
4. Ability to work on multiple projects involving multiple senior stakeholders concurrently
5. Strong presentation and communication skills
6. Team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
7. Strong analytical skills and able to work under tight timelines
