Role & Responsibilities:

Strategy-Focused:

• Partner with various functions and leaders to develop global product allocation strategies.
• Conduct gap analysis from previous processes and share best practices and insights.

Process Improvement / Reengineering:

• Drive process harmonization across various brands.
• Focus on driving efficiencies and optimizing business processes.
• Identify new ways to track KPIs and provide visibility to the leadership team on KPI performance.

Project Management:

• Lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate closely with Project Sponsor and Project Core Members.
• Influence behavior and mindset changes to achieve business objectives.

Data & Reporting:

• Partner with COE Systems Lead to build sourcing-related data analytics and reports.
• Utilize analytics platforms such as Tableau.

Competency Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in supply chain, retail/consumer industry, or consulting analyst roles.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, etc.).
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
