Senior Analyst (Oracle Fusion HCM)

Adecco is partnering with an established semiconductor company and they are looking for a Senior Analyst (Oracle Fusion HCM) to join the Team!

Job Description

• Oversee Implementation & Operations: Ensure smooth execution and maintenance of Oracle Core HR and related modules (Employee/Manager Self-Service, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll integration).
• Collaborate with Global HR: Work closely with the Global HR team to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain thorough functional and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with ITGC, Audit, and SOX standards.
• Support & Issue Resolution: Provide day-to-day system support, including issue logging, root cause analysis, resolution, and regular management updates.
• Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementations, manage project workstreams, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and drive project activities according to the plan.
• Effective Communication: Ensure consistent and clear communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Possesses at least 7 years of experience implementing Oracle HR systems, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Proficient in HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Workforce Compensation, Performance/Goals, Recruiting, Learning, and HR Helpdesk
• With a solid understanding of Oracle Cloud Fusion technology, underlying data structures, and HCM Cloud Security setups, including custom role configurations.
• Expertise in advanced Oracle Cloud HCM tools like HCM Extracts, HDL, PBL, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, REST APIs, SOAP, and Webservices is required, along with experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder, and reporting tools like BIP, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
