Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior transactors in executing structured trade transactions
• Contribute to credit evaluation of business opportunities and preparation of transaction materials for internal stakeholders
• Review legal documentation and oversee transaction execution/monitoring
• Solicit, prepare, and execute structured trade transactions with minimal supervision
• Participate in regional business travel due to STF coverage requirements

Requirements:

• Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, Finance, or Accounting (equivalent)
• Ability to work independently while contributing as a team member
• Comfortable working under tight but reasonable time schedules
• Prior experience in a financial institution preferred (including internships)
