Fuel Farm Management

The Senior/ Air Movement Specialist- AMC performs passenger, cargo and ground service activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). He/She ensures that cargo shipments are handled and stored as per handling requirements, prepares passenger ladders, and processes customer flight details and documentation. He/she also follows and implements safety and/or security measures and escalates safety and security breaches.

In addition to operating different equipment and vehicles related to cargo, passenger and ground service operations, the Senior/ Air Movement Specialist- AMC works under all weather conditions as well as in shifts to accommodate round-the-clock flight arrivals and departures. A detail-oriented and meticulous team player, he/she participates in on-the-job and regulated training programmes and works well with others.

Conduct AMC operations (Passenger)

1. Perform day-to-day passenger service operations
2. Operate passenger ladder for passengers to board and alight from the aircraft
3. Prepare passenger details and customer documents for arrivals and departures at RSAF air bases and overseas airfield/airport
4. Process customer's flight details and ticketing with airlines and regulatory authorities
5. Provide escort in and out of the airbase

Conduct AMC operations (Cargo)

1. Execute plans for handling and storage of shipments
2. Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to load/or unload cargo on/off the aircraft
3. Handle Dangerous Goods in accordance with International Air Transport Association Dangerous Goods Regulation (IATA DGR) and other relevant regulatory authorities
4. Perform aircraft and warehouse's cargo consolidation activities
5. Prepare documentation of cargo details (i.e. Airway Bill) required by international airport authority

Conduct AMC operations (Ground)

1. Perform overseas deployment activities, as directed
2. Perform fixed based operation support for foreign military aircraft

Perform maintenance operations

1. Perform daily inspection and functional checks on GFE/GFP
2. Monitor Government Furnished Equipment and Government Furnished Property for scheduled preventive maintenance
3. Perform maintenance on in-house equipment, facilities and vehicles in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI)
4. Perform housekeeping operations within the work premises
5. Perform stocktake of all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), Government Furnished Property (GFPs) and in-house equipment.

Ensure operational excellence and compliance with quality and safety standards

1. Perform operations based on quality, environmental, occupational, health, security and safety standards
2. Attend daily briefings including safety/operational briefings and toolbox meeting
3. Prepare quality and safety reports and raise any QHSSE lapses at work site or during operations
4. Participate in audits as required
5. Comply with regulatory requirements of operations site
6. Participate in Emergency Exercise
7. Comply with data governance policies

Manage customer experience and relationships

1. Perform the day-to-day operations of shift according to customer and contractual requirements

• NITEC and 5 years of experience preferred
• Class 3 Driving License and/or Forklift License
• Prior experience with Aviation preferred
• Ability to use Apps and have cybersecurity awareness
