SENIOR / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (QUALITY OFFICE)
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Quality Office team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of quality assurance reports, audits, and surveys and feedback management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality improvement initiatives, incidents, and compliance documentation.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Assist in the preparation for regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring all required documentation is readily available.
- Support the Quality Office team in data entry, analysis, and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and ordering supplies.
Requirement:
- Minimum GCE “A’ level / Diploma with 3 years of healthcare administration, or a related field experience is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality assurance processes, and compliance standards is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
