Senior Accounts Executive (Full Set | Construction | GST | Taxation)

• Working days: Monday - Friday (Normal working hours)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare full set of accounts and management report.
• Prepare client Invoice and submit via government/client portal.
• Process supplier invoices and settle payments on a timely basis.
• Liaise with external parties & support with audit and tax filing issues.
• Prepare intercompany transactions, balance reconciliation, and settle outstanding balances periodically.
• Review account receivable/account payable aging and take necessary action accordingly.
• Work with internal & external stakeholders to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Review, implement, and improve financial workflows, processes, and policies to strengthen internal control and compliance and enhance operational efficiencies.
• Perform ad hoc tasks to support the financial management function.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent certificates in financial accounting.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft software and ERP/Accounting systems.
