Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive with 1-3 years of experience in finance and accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, budgeting, taxation, financial analysis, and financial reporting. This role will be based in Singapore, East region, with a hybrid work mode.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
2. Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management.
4. Assist in budgeting and tax-related activities.
5. Prepare for audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
6. Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
7. Collaborate with the account management team to support financial goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of experience in finance and accounting.
2. Strong knowledge of Full set of Accounts.
3. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
4. Experience in budgeting and taxation.
5. Ability to prepare for audits and ensure compliance.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Post-secondary diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
8. Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
9. Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
10. Experience in F&B industry will be an advantage.
