Job description

Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
Invoice preparation and follow-up, financial statement reconciliation
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
Responsible for management and budgeting of cash flows
Review effectiveness of internal controls with respect to payment cycle
Update cashbook and timely post to the General Ledger
Assist in the monthly closing of accounts including preparation of accounting journals and quarterly GST filing
Handle general office administration matters
Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required
