Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and maintain full set accounts by using accounting software
• Reconcile bank statement with general ledger entries
• Compilation of financial statements
• Preparation of Corporate and Personal tax computations including filings through IRAS tax portal
• Computation and submission of GST for clients
• Calculations and processing of client’s payroll (including CPF submission) to ensure that employees are paid in timely and accurate manner
• Ensure compliance to all legal/regulatory requirements for the client’s accounts and tax filing,etc
• Liaise and follow up with clients, auditors and government agencies
• To assist in other ad hoc tasks and assignments

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree/ Professional Qualifications (ACCA) with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in accounting firm
• Able to work independently with initiatives
• Responsible and committed to execute and accomplish tasks promptly
• Able to handle and liaise with allocated clients set (40-50 clients per year)
• Able to start work immediately
