JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Manage in performing/checking on invoice billing on a timely basis.
  2. Manage in closely following up on the account receivable outstanding.
  3. Closely coordinate with chartering admin executive and support for invoicing/follow up.
  4. Manage in monthly closing and ensure all monthly invoices are accounted in the system.
  5. Assist Seniors/Manager in implementation/improving the accounts module for in-house system.
  6. Manage in reconciliation and preparation for audit as per IFRS standards.
  7. Closely work with the AP team on a day-to-day basis and ensure smooth operation.
  8. Manage internal controls, review, testing, and root cause analysis.
  9. Prepare budgets and variance reports as per the management requirement.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  2. CA or ACCA or any professional qualification is preferred
  3. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Excellent planning and implementation skills
  6. Advanced proficiency in MS applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  7. Good understanding of accounting standards
  8. Fluency in English with good English writing skills is a must
  9. Willing to travel when necessary
