Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a joint venture company a portfolio of companies.
• Manage month end close process and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations, AR and AP are posted accurately.
• Ensure timely financial & monthly management reporting to senior management and investors.
• Manage quarterly GST filing.
• Manage and assess property tax for the relevant properties.
• Responsible for drafting annual financial statements
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for statutory reporting and compliance of tax filing respectively.
• Attend to IRAS tax queries as and when required.
• Assist in tax structuring, regulatory reporting
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent with professional accounting qualifications (CPA, ACCA).
• Minimum 8 years of accounting and audit experience.
• Meticulous, independent and good interpersonal skill.
• Accounting and audit experience in the real estate industry would be an advantage.
• Experience in joint ventures and fund related industries will be added advantage.
