Lead and oversee the full spectrum of monthly and yearly financial closing activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting of consolidated accounts.
Prepare and review profit or loss and balance sheet schedules.
Lead the external audit process to ensure timely completion for annual filing.
Manage and oversee the tax compliance process, including liaising with the tax agent on the review and filing of corporate tax and GST.
Collaborate with team members to review and optimize finance-related processes and systems to improve efficiency.
Manage bank and treasury-related matters, including preparation of cashflow forecasts and working capital requirements.
Manage corporate secretarial matters.
Lead and coach a small team on their daily finance activities.
Other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.

Possesses at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or higher.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
Strong understanding and proficiency in Financial Reporting Standards with hands-on experience in financial consolidation.
Candidates with an audit background will be preferred.
Self-motivated and confident with great leadership skills.
Strong stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.
