Senior Accountant

Job Description:

Working Hours: 830am to 530pm

Salary Range: Up to S$4,800 Per month

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Manager to oversee the daily operations of the division
2. Prepare and analyze billing reports, landlord monthly property consumption reports and tenant aging and receivables and monthly financial reports
3. Ensure tenant invoices are uploaded to cloud portal for retrieval
4. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and landlord SOPs

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
