We are looking for the following position:

Senior / Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Operate as lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer
  2. Forecast and track key account metrics
  3. Develop trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customers, stakeholders and executive sponsors
  4. Responsible for new customer / market development
  5. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  6. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  7. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  8. Candidate with Network Infrastructure sales preferred (Direct)

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer Science / Telecommunication / Electronics & Electrical)
  2. At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Experience in development and execution of major accounts, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs would be an added advantage
  4. Experience in handling high volume sales or bulk tender.
  5. Track record of consistent quota achievement and must be results driven
  6. Good working knowledge with System Solution/Integrators products and services
  7. Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
  8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  9. Possess the ability to understand business requirement and able to qualify sales opportunity
  10. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
