Our client is an award-winning, independent creative agency with social at the heart of everything they do. They are proud to work with lots of well-known global brands, such as Nestlé, Canon, Milo, Singapore Grand Prix and more.

They are looking to hire a Senior Account Manager / Associate Account Director to help oversee the client servicing team and manage both local and global clients.

What you'll be doing:

1. Lead and manage junior team members
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships
3. Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
4. Act as a key point of contact for clients
5. Guide and develop team members through coaching, performance reviews, and leadership support
6. Collaborate with creative and management teams on new business pitches and RFPs
7. Ensure smooth campaign execution by managing workflows, resolving issues, and maintaining agency standards

What Experience You Need:

1. At least 5 years of agency account management experience
2. Proven ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality client campaigns
3. Strong senior client management skills
4. Excellent organizational and project management abilities
5. Strategic thinker with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
6. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
