Job Scope:

• Ensure that revenues and costs have been recognized appropriately with the internal controls and in compliance with FRS.
• Handle and develop improvement processes in overall General Ledger accounts including managing subledgers of AR, AP, and Inventory accounts, intercompany transactions, account revaluation, and depreciation.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve customer billing concerns and manage credit limit/terms control.
• Banking management includes monitoring cash flow and reviewing LC/bank guarantees applications.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, AR/AP reconciliation, and aging analysis of accounts receivable/accounts payable.
• Prepare quarterly GST tax calculations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Profound understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in SAP, ERP (any), Microsoft Excel, and accounting software is advantageous.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of Singapore Goods and Service Tax.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• CPA/ACCA certification is considered a bonus.
