Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced area marketing manager from the SEA region to join our global Semiconductor team. This role is pivotal in setting and executing short-term strategic directions and operating plans for MQ/KA. The ideal candidate will lead the development of a comprehensive MQ/KA focused semiconductor marketing plan and work closely with the functional team for business growth and pipeline developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Planning and Operation:

• Provide financial advice and consult with the leadership team to set and execute short-term strategic directions and operating plans for MQ/KA.
• Aggregate demand planning for MQ/KA.
• Lead price negotiations and implement price changes for MQ/KA.
• Provide operational support for Sales and Customer teams by defining directions, setting priorities, and assigning resources with full accountability for the results of the functional area.

Marketing Plan Development and Implementation:

• Develop and lead the implementation of MQ/KA-related programs, campaigns, customers, and channels.
• Perform Salesforce (SFDC) analytics and customer/vertical penetration analysis.
• Co-own new product promotion and customer introduction with the global platform team.
• Co-plan and execute trade shows, industry consortiums, and Technical Review Meetings (TRMs) with the global platform team.

Market and Product Development Opportunity:

• Identify and define market, product, and account opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives.
• Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Market (VOM) activities for roadmap development, competitive intelligence, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze market reports and identify trends, insights, and implications for 3M.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think hypothetically and determine the best solutions for complex problems.
• Excellent resource utilization skills across work areas and departments to create effective solutions.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage complex and conflicting issues within teams.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Experience and Education:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor material-related sales and/or marketing.
• Working experience at global semiconductor Fab, OSAT, Tool, and Material Vendors is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is preferred; an advanced engineering degree or MBA is an additional plus.
