Semicon Equipment Associate Engineer (12 hour Shift)

Job Description:

Job:

1. Analyze and Identify cause of machine problem
2. Resolve the machine problem within specification
3. Implement permanent measures for repetitive problems
4. Assist the Engineer in maintaining ISO records
5. Carry-out Preventive Maintenance activities
6. Follow Preventive Maintenance schedule
7. Identify parts for potential breakdown and recommend for Preventive program
8. Propose improvement ideas to prolong parts life span
9. Screening Board Repair and monitor screening yield
10. Conduct machine ESD and grounding check as per schedule and update record
11. Implement measures to ESD check findings
12. Assist in machine setup and buyoff
13. Ensure the machine comply to safety regulation & standard
14. Verify conversion kit according to drawing specification
15. Assist the Engineer in the preparation of documentation
16. Responsible for all parts linked to the machine allocated
17. Carry out stock take for spare parts
18. Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager from time to time

Requirement:

• At least a Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related
• At least 2 years working experience in Semicon Equipment
• Able to work 12 hour rotating Shift
• Good Team player
