At Apple, we combine product management/development and product marketing responsibilities into a single, cross functional Product Management team that collaborates with design, engineering, finance, legal, marketing communications, public relations, market research, sales and support for maximum impact across the organization. The Product Marketing Hardware Loans Lab is looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to fill the position of Seed Lab Coordinator. This meticulous individual will be responsible for coordinating, planning and supporting the day-to-day activities of the loan product life cycle and inventory control for the lab. Apple is seeking an individual with a passion for process management, who is an expert in developing and implementing programs, and someone with great communication skills and influence using cross-functional collaboration. They will deliver world-class experiences to key stakeholders to ensure budget and forecasting for all hardware loans management. A successful Seed Lab Coordinator has a deep understanding of warehousing, inventory management, shipping/receiving and logistic fundamentals as well as extensive product knowledge. The individual should be able to effectively gather and synthesize data to analyze, support and improve operational functions. This role is part of the International Product Marketing organization - a group of passionate experts who champion Apple’s products. We’re seeking a best-in-class Seed Lab Coordinator who will make the logistics and inventory experience as delightful as the products themselves.
Description
Maintain accountability for receiving, storing, and distributing all inbound shipments.
Suggest improvements to operational, logistical and reporting best practices, and act to improve timeliness and save costs.
Recommend changes to site policies & procedures.
Help to improve the work space through automation systems and drive workflow efficiency improvements.
Work directly with external vendors and agencies associated with device logistics and demand.
Lifting and carrying of heavy equipment.
Manage device loan timelines and processes, drive inventory audits, as well as track launch deliverables, ensuring loans and inventory management are delivered.
Support Product Manager and Public Relations teams to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence decisions during launch, sustaining, and seasonal moments.
Smart Forecast for hardware loans and inventory management for all key stakeholders.
Be responsible for organizing inventory audits for launch and sustaining events to maintain healthy inventory and loan management, including cost recovery.
Support environmental, regulatory, and ad-hoc projects as they come up.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of related experience.
Experience maintaining asset and partner data integrity.
Advanced spreadsheet creation and maintenance expertise.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
A self-starter who is highly organized, responsive, and demonstrates critical thinking and creative abilities.
Excellent skills in written communications; experience working with stakeholders.
Team-oriented mentality (prioritize and support the success of the team).
Experienced in running multiple projects with the ability to switch between them simultaneously.
Skilled in building effective working relationships, gaining trust, and contributing to a positive working environment.
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality in deliverables even under pressure.
Proficient in Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and Excel.
Experience working on confidential projects is preferred.
Second language ability in Thai/Bahasa Indonesian/Vietnamese.
