Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Security Trainer and/or Developer to join our team. The Security Trainer and/or Developer plays a crucial role in training and/or development course work.

What We’re Looking For:

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform security training and/or related security course development work.
2. Ensure all training programs are aligned & updated with regulatory standards prescribed by relevant authorities (e.g., POLWEL, SSG).
3. Monitor & ensure trainers’ & developers’ performance, conduct trainer/developer internal audits, providing feedback and facilitating continuous improvement.
4. Manage & support course accreditation processes, ensuring the company meets required standards and certifications.
5. Prepare & ensure training equipment & facilities are of acceptable performance and conform to regulatory standards prescribed by relevant authorities.
6. Design, develop, and implement training programs through collaboration with trainers, developers, subject-matter experts, & relevant departments.
7. Continuously improve training programs based on participant feedback, industry trends, and emerging regulatory changes.

Job Requirements

1. Have at least a tertiary education, preference to security related studies.
2. Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience at a supervisory level, including evidence of maintaining currency, for example, through recent work in the industry as a supervisor, consultant or trainer, or professional development or active membership in a professional association.
3. Is certified competent in preparation, delivery and evaluation of training sessions or possess relevant recognised trainer competency standards certification.
4. For the course developer role, applicants must have earned DACE/DDDLP qualifications.

Training and/or development fee will commensurate with relevant qualifications & work experience.
