Day / Night Quick Respond Team (QRT) – Security Supervisor / Senior Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Deployment to Various Locations: Willing to travel to different sites as required to address site shortfalls and provide security support.
2. Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT): Provide OJT to security personnel at various sites to enhance their skills and knowledge.
3. Conduct Briefings: Conduct briefings to security personnel on security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
4. Provide Security Support: Provide security support to sites as required, including responding to security incidents and providing guidance on security matters.
5. Assist Controller To Identify and Report Site Shortfalls: Identify and report site shortfalls to management, including security vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
6. Collaborate with Site Personnel: Collaborate with site personnel to address security concerns and implement security measures including monitoring.

Requirements

1. Qualifications: Possess a valid security license.
2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in security, preferably in a condominium setting.
3. Physical Fitness: Be physically fit and able to perform duties that require standing, walking, and responding to emergencies.
4. Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, visitors, and contractors.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Be able to think critically and respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
6. Certifications: Possess certifications in security-related courses.
