Support Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Security Post Orders
Support Local Business Continuity and Emergency Response Plan
Support Business Continuity Crisis Management Team (CMT) in the event of a crisis event and participate in annual exercises
Support Fire ERP Security information updates and participate in Fire Tabletop and Drill semi-annually
Monitor, review, and ensure the performance of daily security route patrol, CCTV systems health, base-built, and Customers’ CCTV Live, 24hrs, 90-day retention
Monitor daily handling of security-related portal requests, follow-ups, re-assignments to relevant departments for next actions, approvals, and subsequent closures of work orders (WO’s)
Monitor termination of permanent badge profiles and daily closures of expired visitor profiles
Monitor tracking of system failure rectifications, STAT’s responses and IT’s follow-up actions
Review and approve portal system Daily Security Checks and Incident Reports via ServiceNow
Oversee, coordinate, and manage security vendor, and ensure that security PPM is properly planned, scheduled, carried out, and rolled out smoothly throughout PPM Period
Oversee, coordinate, and manage security vendor on security system replacement/repair works – vetting through RA, MOS, and worker list
