Ensure the Safety & Security of all Guests, Staff, and the Hotel Property at all times.
Perform shift duties e.g. traffic management of the driveway, patrol duties, changing of visitor passes, assist in handling first aid or any unusual scenarios.
Maintain a daily occurrence book on incidents.
Respond immediately to the needs of guests, requests from departments or employees for any security and safety assistance.
Monitor CCTV for potential threats, suspicious activities, and report all damages, acts of mischief, and update the Security Manager.
Respond to all emergencies.
Other duties as may be required by the Security Manager on Security Operations from time to time.
Requirement:
4 days work week, 12-hour shift.
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
