Security Officer (MTK-2024-11-02)

Responsibilities:

1. Delivers required security service based on Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
2. Conduct indoor and outdoor security patrols.
3. Prevent unauthorized entry, trespass, intrusion and acts of vandalism.
4. Prevent abuse of facilities provided in the site by occupiers (including visitors).
5. Conduct crowd and vehicle traffic control.
6. Ensure barriers are always down when no vehicle is entering.
7. Ensure security office doors are secured and always locked after office hours.
8. Control and direct traffic movements during morning and evening peak hours.
9. Ensure that all personnel register at the designated security counters and issue visitor pass in exchange for valid photo identification documents.
10. Conduct audit check on security passes to ensure only authorized vehicle and personnel can access.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Possess a valid Security Licence (by PLRD).
2. Possess valid relevant certification including:

• Guard and Patrol, Access Control Management: Provide Guard and Patrol Services and Operate Basic Security Equipment.
• Incident Response: Handle Security Incidents and Services.
• Threat Observation: Recognise Terrorist Threats.

Working Hours:

• Day shift: 0700 to 1900hr.
• Night shift: 1900 to 0700hr.
