Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Security
• Position Title: Security Officer
• Working Location: Island Wide
• Working Hours: 5 days/6 days (7.30 am-7.30 pm/7.30 pm-7.30 am) (Alternate working day/ 12 hours shift)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary $3,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a cluster of 10-15 properties, grouped geographically to reduce travel time.
• Perform security duties including clocking, observing security threats, incident reporting, and responding to emergencies.
• Respond to fire alarms and other onsite emergencies.
• Conduct investigations, manage incidents, and report findings.
• Perform patrol and clocking duties according to the shift roster.
• Conduct compliance checks in line with building by-laws and escalate non-compliance issues to management.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid PLRD license with RTT, CSSPB, and PAPP training.
• Customer service oriented.
• Completed mandatory security training modules.
• Strong communication and service excellence skills.
• Training will be provided for those without prior experience or training.
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Possesses Class 2 driving license with own motorbike for patrolling task.
