Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
Provide excellent customer service
Adhere to all company service and operating standards
Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers
Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigation
Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures
Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls
Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of security guard experience
Must have Security Officer Licence, by Police PLRD, must have the Recognise Terrorist Threats (RTT) training (or Handle Counter Terrorism Activities (HCTA), have SSO Upgrade courses (preferred): Operate Basic Security Equipment – OBSE or Manage Disorderly Conduct & Threatening Behaviour - MDCTB
Able to work day and night shift
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capable of following complex instructions
Strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to participate in the company’s screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
Knowledge of security operations and procedures
Registered as a security officer
High School diploma is required
Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
Knowledge of Basic Security and Fire Inspection Procedures
