We are looking for a Security Manager to join our team!

As a Security Manager, we rely on you to:

1. Assist Director of Security for the overall operational capability, monitoring standards and procedures, developing security awareness, enhancing communication, implementing structured training procedures, provide guidance and undertaking security audits.
2. Provide assistance and advice where security situations arise.
3. Monitor security related cases and recommend course of action.
4. Ensure crime reports are properly investigated and processed.
5. Ensure effective communication between hotels on security related issues and escalate these where appropriate to management.
6. Promote staff awareness in relation to security related issues.

Requirements

1. Candidate must have completed minimally Secondary School “O” Levels, and/or NITEC / Diploma in Safety and Security.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Candidates must be able to converse and write in English.
4. Candidates must also display alertness, good communication skills and honesty.
