Job description

Job Description:

  1. Manage & Optimize the Security operation in the facility
  2. Audit & Inspection for facility security
  3. Carry out surveillance on safety violations, vandalism, or suspicious activities or persons on the premises
  4. Perform regular perimeter checks and patrols
  5. Operate and maintain security control equipment
  6. Maintain logs and records of occurrences, submit incident reports where necessary
  7. Preparation and filing of documents in relation to Security service & Commute Bus operation
  8. Manage & Coordinate with Security service companies (Subcontractor) and others
  9. Manage safety works for company and subcontractor
  10. Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Strong building and Security service knowledge with hands-on experience
  2. Proven experience in Security service management in a large-scale facility (Minimum 5 years of experience in related field)
  3. Report writing and presentation skills
  4. Able to perform shift work, work on weekends, and public holidays
  5. Skills for setting up SOP for facility securities
  6. Expertise & Experience in planning & installation for Security Facilities necessary
  7. Experience in security control for VIP visits, large scale ceremonies, and so on
  8. Candidate with Security Service Cert preferable (Senior Security Supervisor or above)
