Security Assessor (Proficient in Data Analysis)

The candidate will be responsible for assessing the security performance of sites and
facilities, tracking security programs and operations, and for executing tactical initiatives
set forth by Regional Security Manager. Position will reside in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Security Architecture Review and Testing on Cloud and Emerging Technologies.
2. Assess physical and logical security implementations in large-scale, globalized, multi-lingual business environments.
3. Provide clear and detailed Risk Assessment and Remediation guidelines for Business owners.
4. Research on Security best practices, trends and vulnerabilities and driving remediation associated with third-party vendors.
5. Build and maintain data queries as well as data pipelines through tools such as SQL.
6. Build sophisticated dashboards and automated reports for core business metrics and performance trends using visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, Grafana, Snowflake.
7. Work closely with project manager and technical leads, and deliver work in a waterfall or agile software development lifecycle methodologies.

Key Qualifications:

1. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Evaluate firewalls, VPN, encryption protocols, MDM and other related security measures.
3. Conduct and manage large-scale security risk assessments.
4. Design sustainable strategies to mitigate risk and define associated metrics to measure overall performance.
5. Actively participate in security awareness programs.
6. Strong, practical understanding of strengths and weaknesses of enterprise risk management frameworks and international security standards.
7. Proven project management and collaboration skills.
8. Experience implementing physical and logical security technologies, industry recommended practices, and solid knowledge of security and risk frameworks.
9. Proficient in data analysis, familiar with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, Grafana, Snowflake.

Essential Skills:

1. Good Understanding of System, Network, Storage and Device Technologies.
2. Experience in information and physical security with functional and assurance skills and knowledge.
3. Deep practical understanding of international security standards ISO27001, NIST, IETF, PCI DSS.
4. Excellent personal leadership traits such as self-accountability, priority management, and pride in work.
5. Solid ability to work within various cultural settings.
6. Ability to work independently and meet fast moving deliverables.
