Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the law firm, including updating records, managing correspondence, emails, faxes and billing matters
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Perform general secretarial and administrative tasks
  • Assist with other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'O' levels
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of e-litigation systems is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Work location: Chinatown Point
  • Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
