Provide administrative support to the Executive Director
Coordinate, organize and support the monthly EXCO meetings
Liaise and coordinate with building owner and 3rd party equipment suppliers, stationery and IT vendors
Liaise and coordinate with vendors and suppliers on communications and social media management
Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Executive Director
Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative support
Team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
