Job description:

  1. Coordinate council of governors’ meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and monthly committee meetings.
  2. Prepare council and committee meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions, and follow-up action.
  3. Advise the board on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
  4. Assist to maintain and update statutory registers, records, and corporate documents.
  5. Support events and assist in the communications content on various social media to enhance the organization’s presence.
  6. Assist in office and human resource administration.

Job requirements:

  1. Degree in relevant field.
  2. 2 years of relevant work experience.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and compelling content.
  4. Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms on social media.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary will commensurate with the candidate's working experience and qualifications.
