SEA Regional Sales Manager, Hunter (EPC/O&G/Class 3/Office Hours/Up10K+Comms)

Job Responsibilities

• Engage, identify and pursue leads in the O&G or Energy sectors on project & MRO orders in the SEA region (including Japan and Korea), in order to upsell solutions on junction boxes, local control stations, panels, and switch racks.
• Build direct lead rapport in target markets based on clinching EPC project business in target countries.
• Maintain and expand current customer base by leveraging relationships and providing top-notch customer service to acquire organic leads on upcoming projects.
• Hunt and develop new key accounts, not limited to project owners, consultants, and EPCs, to promote preferred supplier’s products and grow the business’s sales revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive activities, market trends, and customer purchasing practices, and ensure communication of these activities to the director/sales colleagues.

Requirements:

• Possession of your own car is required.
• 7-10 years of experience selling electrical, electronics, and instruments in the SEA region, especially in the O&G or Energy industry.
• Proven track record as a business development manager.
• Overseas travel is required.
