Sea Freight Coordinator (Import) / 6 Months Contract / Global MNC

Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Logistics/Transportation sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Sea Freight Coordinator to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central– easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate shipment cost updates and timely invoicing according to company KPIs.
• Verify and process vendor/intercompany invoices, resolving disputes as needed.
• Coordinate and communicate invoice-related information with stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with company SOPs, reporting deadlines, and global standards.
• Support team operations, including mentoring, backups, and participation in company projects.

Requirements:

• With at least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position in Freight Forwarding.
