Manage export and cross-strait shipments via SAP system which include bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Ensure accurate billing invoices from all suppliers, timely sending invoices to the finance section, and timely verification of all shipping documents.
Any adhoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
At least 'O' Level or higher with 1 year of relevant job experience.
Knowledge and experience in managing trade documents in logistics (Import and Export).
Ability to use SAP system.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
