Job description:

This staff will be responsible for the design and simulation, fabrication and characterization of meta-optics for strong light confinement to realize the nanoscale nonlinear synthetic twistronics devices.

Job requirement:

• PhD degree in Photonics, Applied Physics, Materials Science, or Electrical Engineering; fresh PhD graduates are welcome to apply.
• Hands-on experience of meta-optics design and simulation, device fabrication and characterization.
• Hands-on experiences with twistronics materials and van der Waals materials are preferable (2D materials transfer, twisting and stacking, fabrication, and optical characterization).
• Skills in nonlinear-optics and optoelectronic photodetector development and measurement are advantages.
• Good team player, ability to carry out independent research, and persistence in solving technology challenges.
