What you will be working on:
Key expertise in any of the following areas:
- Customer Experience and Data Analytics
- Business Consultancy
- Hospitality Tech and Digitalisation
- Lean Management and Consultancy
Lead or participate in consultancy and/or research projects.
Partake in Industry engagement and networking responsibilities to seek opportunities and collaborations.
Industry outreach and business development.
Perform curriculum development, lesson design, course delivery and project supervision.
Facilitate students’ learning and teaching, perform grading, assessment and academic duties such as invigilation.
Take on other complementary programme development activities such as mentoring, supervising students during their internship, service learning projects or competitions, administrative coordination, workshops and on-going research project work with staff and students.
Partake in administrative duties related to the diploma course or within the school.
What we are looking for:
At least 8 years of relevant industry experience in hospitality, customer experience and/or business consultancy.
High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Strong industry links and exposures in related sectors.
Strong business acumen and development.
Experience in developing a curriculum or providing training in a client-facing environment would be an advantage.
Strong analytics skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets, including expertise in statistical data analysis such as linear models, regression, multivariate analysis, and sampling methods would be an advantage.
Experience in performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement would be an advantage.
