Your role and responsibilities

As a member of our HR & Talent Transformation team, you will get the opportunity to participate in new and existing transformation and technology implementations for our customers. You will be advising customers on navigating the changes brought about by the transformation and supporting them in transforming their business, to ensure the realization of their desired outcome. IBM has a local as well as a global client base and expertise knowledge to grow in this area, and we invite you to join us on this journey!

We’re currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to enhance our growing team. You’ll be an integral part of the HR & Talent Transformation Service Line, benefiting from world-wide knowledge sharing on HR Transformation enabled by HR Cloud Solutions (SAP SuccessFactors).

Responsibilities

As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will successfully use your knowledge of and experience in HR Technologies (SAP SuccessFactors) to optimize business results and employee experience through:

• HR Technology Strategy including Technology Selection, Technology Architecture design, and implementation road mapping
• HR Process Design and Adoption with Technology
• Generative AI for HR
• Change Management for Technology

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Certifications and Implementation Experiences with SAP SuccessFactors
• Knowledge of Design Thinking Principles and Agile
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions & processes
• Experience in conducting workshops and ideally, Design Thinking experience in leading client-facing design thinking workshops.
• Agile and creative mindset when problem-solving and troubleshooting on client issues
• Ability to consult and interact with a client to collaborate on a viable solution
• Managing relationships and managing stakeholders across many different functions in a fast-moving business environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
