Job description

This role focuses on ongoing support and is responsible for providing day-to-day assistance, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancement of the SAP SuccessFactors system. It plays a crucial part in ensuring the platform runs smoothly, addressing issues, implementing system updates, and offering user support across HR functions.

Description

  1. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SuccessFactors system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
  2. Perform root cause analysis on system errors and work on permanent solutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, IT, and development, to address technical problems and implement fixes.
  4. Manage and prioritize incident tickets related to system issues and user queries.
  5. Monitor the system for any performance issues, bugs, or technical errors and address them proactively.
  6. Provide guidance and support to end-users on best practices for using SAP SuccessFactors.
  7. Assist in system updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure the platform remains up-to-date and functional.
  8. Document troubleshooting processes, resolutions, and technical guidelines for internal reference.
  9. Conduct testing and validation after system updates to ensure seamless operation.
  10. Continuously improve processes and workflows to optimize SAP SuccessFactors functionality.

Profile

  1. Knowledge of ITIL processes.
  2. Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors troubleshooting and support.
  3. Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning Management.
  4. Experience in diagnosing and resolving system issues, both technical and functional.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  8. Experience with system upgrades, patches, and testing.
