SAP Sales Administrator / Demand Planner - West /5 days /Tpt pick p

Our client, Chemical industry is hiring a SAP Demand Planner/Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather data and market trends and generate and maintain good quality demand planning, forecasts, sales plans and market information.
• Provide advice to customer service on stock availability.
• Review demand forecast and prepare material master in SAP.
• Maintain and update records in the SAP system (e.g., pricing, rebate agreements).
• Perform sales administration duties on time, including pro-active follow-up with various internal and external stakeholders for weekly and monthly reports.
• Support the sales team by coordinating and managing all aspects of business travel arrangements for sales personnel and customer visits.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of related working experience.
• Good working knowledge of SAP system is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with capabilities in utilizing intermediate-advanced functions (VLookup, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen interest to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Other information:

• 5 days' work week.
• Working hours: 8am to 5.15pm.
• Basic salary up to $4,800.00 + Transport - $10 per day (if employee is physically at work).
• Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru Crescent.
• Company transport is provided at designated pickup points.
• Transport pick-up either at Jurong East MRT area or Bouna Vista MRT area.
