Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to drive project delivery and business expansion in the Asia-Pacific region.

• Lead SAP programs and projects, including rollout activities across the APAC region, with the ability to provide business process and functional support if required;
• Oversee and manage full lifecycle SAP programs and projects, ensuring successful execution from planning to delivery;
• Lead project teams, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure smooth SAP implementation;
• Coordinate system integration efforts, aligning business processes with technical requirements and ensuring seamless SAP module connectivity;
• Plan and execute system cutovers, managing transition activities to minimize downtime and ensure smooth go-live;
• Oversee data migration and cleansing processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with project requirements;
• Contribute to regional strategy development and execution to accelerate business growth;
• Mentor and coach team members, guiding their career progression.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business;
• At least 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP consulting with a strong functional and/or technical background;
• Proven SAP project management experience, with a solid understanding of the SAP market and strong pre-sales capabilities;
• Experience implementing at least one SAP module as a consultant;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Confident, outgoing, and proactive in driving sales and pre-sales efforts;
• Ability to lead small teams with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Passionate about SAP transformation projects and committed to delivering excellence.

• This is a permanent role based in Singapore, on a hybrid working arrangement.
